The BEST place to eat in Fairfield! And Sabita is a sweetheart. All of her happiness, love and intelligence goes into the food. Rachel Boss
This is the best we've ever had in Fairfield (at least since 1984 when we came). Sabita is a happy, friendly, and loving person in addition of being a top-class Indian cook. The food they serve is delicious and extremely healthy; it feels like it gets digested as quickly as you eat it. At the same time you are satisfied and do not feel the need to overeat. You may actually lose weight eating there, because of the awakening of your digesting fire through all the proper tastes! This is so well done, and raises the bar for our town to higher standards. What a blessing you are to our community! Thank you for nourishing us with your delicious, love-infused food and your compassionate, radiant heart. Fortunate, indeed, is the person who enjoys a meal in your cafe and the student who has the opportunity to enroll in one of your classes! David GrodJesk
I LOVE Sabi's cuisine! Not only does she make sumptuous Indian dishes, but her radiant smile and warmth makes you feel as if you were cominghome for lunch. If you like to eat with your eyes, and relish the aroma and taste of home-cooked meals, there's no place like Sabi's... David A. Navarrete Maciel
This Food is Mana from Heaven. It is a Yatra. Scott Bisese
I almost hate to write this review because the experience of eating at Sabi's is peaceful and unhurried, and I don't want the place to become overrun...There are a number of places in Fairfield that serve Indian food, but none, to my taste, as authentic and delightful as Sabi's. She makes a simple vegetarian, mostly organic lunch menu every day and you simply get whatever is on that day's menu - but it's always wonderful. Her Nan bread is superb, and the seasonings Sabi uses (she is the owner and chef) will make you feel like you've traveled halfway around the world. S.W
Such great food. The best meal in Fairfield by far in my book! Josh Ganesha Wilson
A fantastic Friday at Sabi's Cafe in Fairfield, Iowa!! I have been here many times but never on Friday. I was very pleased with the variety of tastes being offered-- like heaven for the mouth. I left feeling very satisfied. Luke G. Rogers
Best Indian food in all Iowa, perhaps the world (although I admit I haven't been to India). Rick Blake
